Muma was the foreman at Renault London where I served my apprenticeship and I worked under Muma’s direction at the start of my training and he was always there to help and show me how to correct any mistakes that I might have made. He always made those that worked with him laugh out loud! In doing this Muma set me up for a life in this trade and with the skills shown to me at the start I’ve never felt that I lacked in my working life. This extended to working in the evenings at other garages and Muma even turned my old beaten-up Escort Mk2 car into an amazing car which made me feel nothing was impossible at 19 years old.
